Max Bonjean, Ph.D., CFA
Max is a private equity investor, venture capitalist, and board member. He currently is a Senior Partner at Neo Capital L.P., a New York-based investment firm, where he is responsible for business development and investment activities. Neo Capital has developed state-of-the-art proprietary models to redefine venture capital investment standards and enhance investment decision quality. By interconnecting capital and ideas, Neo invests in visionary founders and transformative companies solving the hard problems that matter.
Prior to this, Max served as a partner and co-regional head for a private equity firm and was a management consultant with McKinsey & Company. A BAEF scholar, Max was trained at Oxford University and at the University of California, during which he published numerous peer-reviewed articles and book chapters. He is a frequent contributor to industry roundtables. Max is also an active member of the Oxford Angel Fund, the Oxford Entrepreneurs Network, and the CFA Institute.
