Refund Policy

Cancellations received on or before 60 days of the event will receive a refund post deducting the transaction charges. Cancellations received within the 60 days of the event will result in forfeiture of your entire ticket fee. You may, however, still transfer your registration to a colleague until 20 days before the event.

No refunds or credits will be issued for any missed sessions or events. Unfortunately, we’re unable to make exceptions for personal reasons, weather conditions, travel delays or other factors outside your control.
If you’re entitled to a refund, the amount refunded will be based on the fees paid for the registration(s) you cancel and will be refunded to your original payment method.
 
  • If you are unable to attend the conference we welcome substitute delegates attending in your place at no extra cost provided that we have at least 2 days prior notice of the name of your proposed substitute and have received payment in full. Please notify us of any substitutions by email at: [email protected].
  • No refunds will be given in respect of any cancellations or non-attendance.
  • We shall not be liable to you for travel, accommodation or other costs and expenses incurred (included wasted costs and expenses) if we are required to cancel or relocate the conference as a result of an event outside our control (including, without limitation, to acts of God, floods, lightning, storm, fire, explosion, war, military operations, acts of terrorism or threats of any such acts, any strike action, lock-outs or other industrial action and a pandemic, epidemic or other widespread illness).
If you can’t attend, you may transfer your registration to someone else until 20 days before the event. Please email [email protected] as soon as possible with your replacement’s name, job title, email address, and any dietary restrictions.

In case the event is cancelled, the attendees will receive the full refund of the registration fee within 15 days from date of cancellation of the events. The attendees will have to reach out to the Finext team via email requesting the refund.

In case the event is postponed and shifted to a future date, the attendees can opt for one of the two options stated below:

  1. Refund: In case the event is postponed and the attendee does not wish to attend the event on the future date, the full amount of the registration fee will be refunded to the attendee within 15 days from the date of initiation of the refund process.
  2. Transfer of the attendance: In case the attendee wishes to attend the event on the set future date, they will have to state their agreement in writing over an email to [email protected].
  • Finext Conference (organized by InternetShine Corp. USA) shall not be liable to you for travel, accommodation or other costs and expenses incurred (included wasted costs and expenses) if we are required to cancel or relocate the conference as a result of an event outside our control (including, without limitation, to acts of God, floods, lightning, storm, fire, explosion, war, military operations, acts of terrorism or threats of any such acts, any strike action, lock-outs or other industrial action and a pandemic, epidemic or other widespread illness).
  • Subject to above clause, our aggregate liability to you, whether such liability arises in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, for any damages, loss, costs, claims or expenses of any kind howsoever arising, out of in connection with any booking (or requested booking) made by you or otherwise in relation to a conference, shall be limited to the price paid by you in respect of your booking to attend the conference.

If you won a ticket through a contest or giveaway, your ticket is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, rebate, or credit if you can no longer attend.
