Kirti Naik is the Chief Marketing Officer of Prometheum, the world’s first SEC and FINRA compliant Smart Securities Token provider and blockchain ecosystem for traders, investors and issuers. Her task is to build a global marketing organization that establishes trust and will drive adoption among a variety of audiences. She aims to bring the promise of blockchain to life while protecting every investor. Kirti sees the opportunity to evolve the crypto security domain into the “trustless” economy and provide access and transparency to all investors through marketing.
Kirti brings 20 years of experience in creative marketing and product innovation across a variety of industries, including entertainment, manufacturing, luxury apparel, consumer banking, and asset management. Prior to joining the firm, Kirti led global brand marketing at Russell Investments’ where she transformed the 80-year-old giant globally into a modern, digital and viable brand.
She was solely responsible for leading and driving the development of the firm’s brand position “EMBRACE THE POSSIBLETM”, established a research and insights discipline and launched client-facing platforms across the retail and institutional markets. For several years prior, Kirti served as global head of brand & advertising at OppenheimerFunds (now Invesco), transforming the brand by increasing the overall value via brand equity and leading marketing innovation via VR, 360, biometrics technology and brought a unique approach to brand partnerships. In her prior four years at Citibank, she launched new innovative communication platforms and led the company’s online communications strategy.
