Saumya is a finance professional with ~8 years of experience in Investment advisory,
Corporate Banking and Risk Consultang. She is currently the Executive Director – Head of
Investments at Greenback Capital where she is responsible for engagements ranging from
Investment advisory, M&A advisory (both buy & sell-side and other Pre-IPO/IPO related
requirements), arranging & advising on credit, and debt advisory & restructuring amongst
others. Prior to Greenback, she was a Senior Relationship Manager at YES Bank (India) in
Multinational Corporate Banking team handling multiple global clients. She also has rich
experience in risk consulting space where she has handled end to end process reviews,
internal audits and compliance reviews for diverse global clients.
