Kerril and Meritsoft won multiple awards along the way, including the best small growth company within the British Venture Capital Association (BVCA) (an industry organization of approximately 700 Venture/PE/ and Institutional investors representing USD 100bn of investors). He also took the company through a PE process, successfully adapting to the Private Equity / Founder dynamic and delivering solutions that continue to be used globally. As a founder and leader of the business, he managed a talented multicultural and gender diverse team that he believes was key to meritsoft’s success. He is currently advising companies in insurance and is working on a fintech and services start-up. He is ideally placed to comment on the practicalities of technologies such as Blockchain within the Capital markets area.
