In addition to his established presence with key Corporate clients across industries in Coverage roles, Faseeh has been passionate about Coaching and Mentoring team members since the very inception of his managerial role at Barclays Corporate. The skill continued to build on and translated into certifications which he pursued out of his passion for creating an impact on young professionals during their formative stages mainly in the banking and finance industry. Although Relationship Management in Corporate and Wholesale Banking have been his forte, he has spent significant time working alongside Credit Risk Management, Operational & Fraud Risk Management, Audit, Regulatory Compliance, Business Information Security and Shariah which places him at a vantage point in the financial industry.

Faseeh holds a Masters in Marketing along with his other Finance and preliminary Coaching and Training related certifications from IFS School of Finance London – UK, Institute of Leadership & Management London – UK and Association of Talent Development Virginia – USA which he consistently believes in upgrading and investing in.

A proficient author who has penned various interesting and knowledgeable articles relevant to the Finance Industry which reflect future redness and a drive to add value, his most interesting and noteworthy piece has been ‘The Cockroach Manager’ a term coined by him in which he explains the psyche, general behavior and the identifiers of the ever-lasting and insecure mid to senior-level managers who grow by harvesting the results of their team’s craft to their own credit. ( Read Here ). The idea is being translated into a book on Leadership development which will be useful to young professionals who are in their early to mid-career stages. The concept has been approved and accepted by a leading publisher and the book is expected to be published by the end of 2020 as per schedule.

Faseeh is the honorary Chief Care Coordinator and Founder of Reham Foundation, a family-run philanthropic, not for profit, non-religious and non-political organization that focuses its efforts on bringing quality formative education to the underprivileged. The key objective of the foundation remains to produce employable youth who contribute significantly to the areas which they are assigned to. The foundation was formally established to take care of Sir Syed School which is dedicated to serving the less fortunate and has been run by the Elahi family since 1985 completing 35 years in 2020.

This FiNext Awards & Conference is to be held on the 26th and 27th of February at the Le Méridien Dubai Hotel & Conference Centre. This is the much-awaited conference of the year as it brings together and celebrates the excellence of companies and people in the Financial and FinTech sector.
