Abdulmohsen AlBazie is the Head of the Structured Finance Division, Samba Financial Group.
In his current role at the bank as the Head of Structured Finance Division, Abdulmohsen is supporting clients/companies and the bank to initiate, engineer, structure and participate in specialized financing transactions in the fields of project finance, investment/acquisition finance, real estate finance, and asset-backed financing. Abdulmohsen is responsible for facilitating and developing structures that are bankable to debt providers and support the growth of the bank’s clients.
He was also Structured and Project Finance Transactor for Banque Saudi Fransi, where his responsibilities were Origination, development, due diligence and approval of private/government sector structured/project financing including syndicated deals.
Abdulmohsen AlBazie has a degree of Bachelor in Finance from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Mineral.
