    Aamena Khan is PwC Middle East’s Financial Services People & Organisation Leader.  She has more than 20 years of consulting and industry experience, across North America, Europe, and the Middle East. Prior to her current role in Financial Services, her industry experience ranged from aviation, consumer and industrial products, education, and healthcare where she has been retained by CEOs and Boards to advise on large transformational programs in the areas of operating model redesign, organizational design, leadership assessment and development, workforce capacity and capability-building and change management. In addition to her market-facing role, Aamena is also a Partner sponsor for PwCs Tomorrow, Today program, which is a firm-wide program aimed at rapid digital enablement through world-class development of staff to deliver an exceptional experience for PwCs clients. She also leads PwC Middle East’s Women in Tech program, whose mission is to develop the firm’s workforce of the future – diverse, tech-savvy and balanced. The program’s main priority is to drive innovation through technology and gender diversity by connecting, inspiring and growing women technologists to become the leaders of tomorrow. In addition to these internal roles, Aamena has also led the design and development of PwC’s market-facing, proprietary change management and employee engagement platform called Quest, which uses people analytics to predict engagement and attrition, tailor two-way communications and track engagement levels on a real-time basis.
