In 2018, Yasmine Helal assumed the role of Head of Digital Banking at ADIB, leading consumer digital transformation and the rollout of a mobile wallet to the market. Her contributions have been instrumental in steering ADIB towards a more digitally integrated future. Yasmine’s commitment to digital innovation was further emphasized when she joined the Central Bank of Egypt in 2019 as the Head of Strategy, FinTech & Innovation.

Beyond her academic and professional achievements, Yasmine Helal is a certified Master Trainer and a certified professional trainer for “EXCEED Plus programs,” focusing on exceeding customer expectations, service excellence, and Client Excellence programs for enhancing internal and external clients’ management and coordination. She is also a certified and accredited PCC ICF coach specialized in life, relationship, addiction recovery, positive psychology, health & wellness coaching; as well as a mentor coach, showcasing her parallel passion for human development and growth.
