She has worked with United Nations affiliated organizations, fund managers and now runs her own practice in Mauritius, Dubai and Singapore. She has experience in working on and successfully implementing complex structures such as CCPS, M&As, demergers, spin offs, restructuring of group transactions, bonds issuances, structuring off balance transactions, cross border transactions assistance in complex transaction closings.
