Rajneel Kumar

Rajneel Kumar is a fintech and proptech entrepreneur with a strong focus on building scalable, technology-led infrastructure for the modern rental ecosystem. He is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Rentify, a UAE-based platform designed to simplify and modernise rent payments through embedded finance and AI-native systems.

Prior to co-founding Rentify, Rajneel built his career across technology-led and operations-driven roles, where he developed a strong foundation in product execution, operational strategy, and customer-centric problem solving. His early professional journey exposed him to the complexities of scaling businesses, building systems from the ground up, and aligning technology with real-world user needs — experience that would later shape his approach as a founder and operator.

At Rentify, Rajneel leads operations, product execution, and strategic partnerships, playing a pivotal role in translating vision into execution. From early product development to building a robust ecosystem of banking and payments partners, he has been instrumental in shaping Rentify’s end-to-end rent payments and collections infrastructure — one that reduces friction for tenants while providing landlords with greater predictability, transparency, and control.

With a deep understanding of financial systems, real estate workflows, and consumer behaviour, Rajneel has helped position Rentify beyond a transactional solution, evolving it into a trusted infrastructure layer for renting in the UAE. His work spans operational scale-up, compliance-led onboarding, customer experience design, and cross-functional team building, ensuring innovation is balanced with regulatory rigour and long-term sustainability.

Rajneel has also been closely involved in Rentify’s growth journey, including early fundraising milestones, ecosystem partnerships, and active engagement with the broader fintech and startup community in the region. Known for his hands-on leadership style, he brings a strong execution mindset to building teams, processes, and partnerships that scale.

An active voice within the entrepreneurial ecosystem, Rajneel regularly shares insights on startup building, resilience, and the realities of scaling technology businesses in emerging markets. Driven by a belief that financial systems should adapt to real consumer needs and not legacy practices, he continues to focus on building inclusive, efficient, and future-ready solutions for the rental and payments landscape.
