Marios Demosthenous is the Head of the Financial Risk Department at Trading Point of Financial Instruments (XM.com). Marios has a degree of MSc International Management and Consulting from the University of Reading, and Bank Operations Diploma from the Institute of Banking Studies, Cyprus. As the Head of Financial Risk Department, his main duties involve designing of payment flows based on local market requirements, monitoring payment channels to ensure smooth business operations in different markets, developing new payment relationships to strategically support business growth in both established and new markets and strategic development of the group on different areas and new markets at a global level.
