These accomplishments paved the way for him to the role overseeing software delivery business for AxiomSL, part of Nasdaq FinTech, across the Middle East and Africa region. Currently, as the Senior Director at Nasdaq, Ankit orchestrates on-premise and cloud platform AxiomSL delivery business and aligns technology with clients’ business objectives to enhance processes, gain competitive advantages, and improve the bottom line. Sahel Alrousan is a Senior Economic Advisor at the UAE Ministry of Finance, with a wealth of experience in macro-fiscal policy, regional economic integration, planning and implementation of government policy, economic feasibility assessment, and higher education. His research interests cover international trade, energy, and financial markets. With a Bachelor of Economics from Yarmouk University, and MA and PhD in Economics from Aligarh Muslim University, Alrousan has held a variety of positions throughout his career, including Economic Advisor to the Ras Al Khaimah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Deputy Dean at the College of Business Administration, Assistant Professor of Economics, and Manager of the Training and Continuing Education Center at the Ajman University of Science and Technology. She has done a course onFinancial Accounting from Harvard University.
