About Roman
Roman Kravchenko is a seasoned professional with over 17 years of experience in R&D and innovation management. With a Master’s degree in Economic Cybernetics and additional qualifications in Economics and Finance, he has made significant contributions to the fields of Industrial FinTech (Web3, Blockchain) and the P2P economy.
Throughout his career, Roman has successfully overseen more than 50 R&D projects and played a pivotal role in launching three international tech startups.
As the co-founder and CEO of 482.solutions, Roman has been at the forefront of developing cutting-edge Web3 and blockchain solutions for sectors such as Green Energy, Green Finance, and Sustainable Value Chain.
His work focuses on enhancing ESG data traceability and promoting sustainable digital asset management within the “Internet of Value”.
In addition to his role at 482.solutions, Roman is the co-founder of Electrodo, a Web3 platform dedicated to ESG data, asset, and risk management. Electrodo aims to assist companies and investors in creating sustainable value and improving the efficiency of sustainable capital allocation by addressing ESG data availability, integrity, and reliability issues.
The platform has garnered recognition from prestigious organizations such as EUREKA, the Sustainable Energy Association of Singapore (SEAS), Microsoft Innovation Center for Sustainability Solutions (MICSS) Singapore, i4Trust, Hyperledger, and the Web3 Foundation.
Roman is actively involved in shaping the future of blockchain technology as an Ambassador for the Global Blockchain Business Council (GBBC) and a member of the European Blockchain Association’s ESG Working Group.
He is also a founding member of the Industry 5.0 Committee within the Ukrainian Cluster Alliance and contributes to the Linux Foundation Hyperledger Ecosystem. Through these roles, Roman is dedicated to advancing innovation and sustainability in the realms of Industry 5.0, ESG, and blockchain technology.
Moreover, Roman shares his wealth of knowledge by lecturing on Digital Economy and Blockchain technologies at various esteemed institutions worldwide, including the Singapore Institute of Technology, Hennadii Udovenko Diplomatic Academy Of Ukraine, National Aerospace University H.E. Zhukovsky “Kharkiv Aviation Institute”, Odessa I.I.Mechnikov National University, Strathmore University Kenya, International University of Bali, and the DTEK Group Academy.
