Nancy Bistritz-Balkan is vice president of communications and consumer education at Equifax. She’s responsible for developing and executing a global strategy to raise awareness around consumer information and creating an understanding of the value the industry provides. She previously served as director of PR and communications for the Equifax Global Consumer Solutions group.

Before joining Equifax, Bistritz-Balkan had more than 15 years of experience in public relations, marketing, and journalism. In her role at CHEP, she was the manager of communications and content, working closely with decision makers to develop strategic communications plans. She also led all crisis communications efforts for the U.S. business and served as a key member of the global communications team. A graduate of Auburn University, Bistritz-Balkan earned her Bachelor of Arts in journalism.
