The Conference: Is it happening?

As of now, with the information and advisories at hand from WHO and local health departments, we have decided to postpone our US event to July 2021. We will continue following the updates and advice of the experts in order to ensure the safety of the attendees for our future events.

Ensuring the health and safety of the attendees at the event

Our team is keeping tab on coronavirus announcements and advisories from local health departments.
Besides the easy availability of sanitizers, we will be prepared with emergency procedures and medical help at hand.

In case the employers do not let you travel

We hope that the travel bans will be lifted by November 2020, but our team is looking into options for remote attendance of the attendees in case the need arise. We will keep you updated.

In case of cancellation/ postponement of the event

We understand the concerns regarding the widespread pandemic of coronavirus and its effect on the event. Our teams are closely monitoring the situation on a daily basis. We are also keeping a regular tab on the advisory updates of WHO, local health departments and other relevant agencies to ensure the safety of our attendees.

In line with the concern, we are instituting the following policies in case of cancellation or postponement of the event.

A.In case of cancellation of the event:

In case the event is cancelled, the attendees will receive the full refund of the registration fee within 15 days from date of cancellation of the events.

B. In case of postponement of event:

In case the event is postponed and shifted to a future date, the attendees can opt for           

one of the two options stated below:

  1. Refund: In case the event is postponed and the attendee does not wish to attend the event on the future date, the full amount of the registration fee will be refunded to the attendee within 15 days from the date of initiation of the refund process.


  1. Transfer of the attendance: In case the attendee wishes to attend the event on the set future date, they will have to state their agreement in writing over an email to contact@finextcon.com.


C. We shall not be liable to you for travel, accommodation or other costs and expenses incurred (included wasted costs and expenses) if we are required to cancel or relocate the conference as a result of an event outside our control (including, without limitation, to acts of God, floods, lightning, storm, fire, explosion, war, military operations, acts of terrorism or threats of any such acts, any strike action, lock-outs or other industrial action and a pandemic, epidemic or other widespread illness).

D. Subject to Clause 6.4, our aggregate liability to you, whether such liability arises in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, for any damages, loss, costs, claims or expenses of any kind howsoever arising, out of in connection with any booking (or requested booking) made by you or otherwise in relation to a conference, shall be limited to the price paid by you in respect of your booking to attend the conference.
